| All of the above have different criteria with regard to providing merchant services. Some offer global currency support others are specialists in particular parts of the world. All are equally supported by our products, have been fully tested and can be activated within minutes of acceptance. |
Taking a paymentOur software products all function the same way. The payment options take payments using different payment methods of which "Credit and Debit Cards" are one. When selected the default merchant service account is assumed. This will have been pre-defined with the card types which are supported, usually at least VISA and Mastercard. Seperate card accounts are usually defined for cards with different charges for example AMEX. |

Luhn-10 checkingYou do not need to authorise payments online or using the software. All card numbers are checked using the Luhn-10 formula. This formula verifies the card number to stop people "making one up". It has no relevance with regard to authorisation or payment. All card numbers of 13 digits or more are created using the Luhn-10 format. |
