The PhoneRes service from e21Software is a 24 hour telephone booking service integrated to your online reservation system.

We issue you with a telephone number and password. You direct callers to use the telephone number when you can not answer the phone personally and our systems take care of the rest. All bookings are delivered automatically as usual.

When a booking is made it is emailed to you including the guest telephone number. Basic information is provided with the booking including card details used to secure the booking. Contact the guest to obtain any additional information you need.
