PBX Settings

Set up prices for Telephone calls using this option. All countries and phone number types are attached to a price band. Define a price for each band. This price can be per second or per minute.

This option is loaded by the "Property" option or "Property Details" option.

Bookings

Check-in

Calls are charged to the last person to " Check-in" to a Room or Unit of Accommodation. If you do not "Check-in" a booking, calls will not be charged to any bookings.

The same booking will be charged for calls from that Room/Unit until another guest checks in. This process is not affected by "Check-out ".

Rooms/Unit Configuration

Define the Extension number(s) used by the telephone system using the "Unit/Room configuration" option.
