Invoicing a Booking

Access to this option is controlled by "Permission option" 46.

Printing

The Windows Print process is initiated. You can choose any printer available to your PC. The invoice is formatted as specified in "Your Details ".

Language

The language of the Invoice is the same as that of the Client who made the booking.

Version number

Each invoice is given a different version number if its value changes from the last time it was printed. This version number starts at 1 and increments every time there is a change. It is shown as the Booking Reference with a slash "/ " followed by the version number.

Balance

The invoice shows the " Payments" received and the remaining balance.

Bar Code

The booking reference is printed as a barcode (Type 39) on the invoice. This can be scanned using a barcode reader in "Booking Details".
