The setup option runs automatically the first time you use accommres Calendar Edition. You can run it at any time from the main Calendar window. Select the "File" pull down (top right) with your mouse and select "Setup".
The Calendar Edition of accommres supports up to 5 different owner accounts, each of which may have one or more "Units" or properties. It can be used to analyse property availability from 2007 and up to 2 years ahead of the current year.
Use this option to select your preferred language and define your owner account(s). You can define up to 5 different accounts. These could by yours and those of your friends, family and business associates. Your login information is encrypted and secure.
Language
Use the "drop down" list to change the language. As the language changes all the prompts, buttons and other information changes to that language. The language setting is saved when you click the "Save" button.
Currently supported languages areOwner code(s)
You will have been provided with an Owner code and Password by your Property Management or Listing company. Normally you would use it to login to their site. That Owner code would give you access to one or more properties. The same applies to accommres Calendar Edition. When you enter the Owner code and Password and select the Save button the Availability and Booking information for the same properties can be downloaded and viewed or changed.
This product will support up to 5 different Owner codes. These may be yours (you may have a different owner code for each property) or they may belong to someone else. Provided you have their permission you can add them to accommres Calendar Edition and perform the same functions to those properties as well as yours.
Installation and your computer
The Calendar Edition of accommres only requires about 10MB of disk space. It has a Windows compatible installation routine and can be uninstalled using "Add or Remove programs" in the Control Panel.
All you need is an internet connection preferably broadband, DSL or ADSL.
